SecraCloud Privacy Policy & Disclaimer

Transparency for a pre-launch private cloud platform while the service is still being built and tested.

Welcome to SecraCloud. By using this website or related pre-launch SecraCloud services, you acknowledge the terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined below. Because the platform is in development, clarity about the current setup is a priority. SecraCloud is based in Michigan, USA.

1. Development Status & Non-LLC Entity Disclosure

SecraCloud is currently a pre-launch platform under active development.

SecraCloud is not currently associated with or registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or any other formal corporate entity.

The platform is operated as an independent, pre-incorporation project. Development, testing, and interactions with this website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

2. No Guarantee of Storage Safety

Because SecraCloud's core architecture is still being built and tested, SecraCloud cannot guarantee the absolute safety, integrity, availability, or permanence of any data stored or transferred through the service during this development phase.

Do not use SecraCloud to store critical, irreplaceable, legally regulated, or highly sensitive information until the platform has reached a stable production launch.

By using this site or the related cloud service, you acknowledge that uploads, transfers, and testing activity are performed at your own risk. SecraCloud and its developers assume no liability for data loss, unauthorized access, server downtime, system vulnerabilities, or other issues that may occur while the software is being engineered.

3. Website Security & Third-Party Services

While SecraCloud's internal storage systems are under development, the front-end website may use trusted third-party service providers, including Cloudflare, to help protect visitors and reduce automated threats.

Cloudflare may help filter malicious activity such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, bots, unauthorized scanning, and suspicious traffic patterns.

When you visit the site, basic technical data such as your IP address, browser or user-agent details, request information, and connection timestamps may be routed through or processed by Cloudflare to support security, reliability, and performance. You can review Cloudflare's own privacy practices at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. How We Handle Data

During this development phase, SecraCloud only collects personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as an email address if you contact us or join a future waitlist.

SecraCloud does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

If you sign in through cloud.secracloud.com, that service may process account and storage-related information needed to operate the cloud environment. Because the service is still in development, you should only use it if you understand and accept the risks described in this policy.

5. Changes to This Policy

As SecraCloud grows, transitions into a formal legal entity, and approaches an official launch, this policy may be updated to reflect changes in infrastructure, security practices, legal status, and available services.

Please review this page periodically for the latest version.
